Fleet Accounts

Keep your fleet looking sharp, without the hassle.

How It Works

• Self-serve bays: a Cryptopay fleet card per vehicle or driver — swipe and go, no cash.

• In-bay automatics: one fleet code for your whole team — enter it at the terminal.

• One invoice: every wash, every bay, every vehicle — one monthly statement.

• Vehicle sizing: self-serve fits vehicles up to 11 ft tall; IBA fits up to 7′2″ tall / 96″ wide (best for

pickups, sedans, SUVs, and low-roof vans).

Why Fleets Choose EAW

• One monthly invoice: no reimbursements, no receipts, no cash handling. Pay by ACH, check, or credit card.

• Volume-based fleet pricing: the more you wash, the more you save.

• Works across our full bay network: use whichever bay is closest or fastest.

• No long-term contract and no monthly minimum: low-risk to try.

Fleet Account FAQ

Answers for current and prospective EAW fleet customers

Q: What is an EAW Fleet Account?

A: A single business account that covers every vehicle in your fleet across EAW’s self-serve bays and in-bay automatics, billed on one monthly invoice instead of paying per visit.

Q: How does it work at self-serve bays?

A: EAW issues your business a Cryptopay fleet card for each vehicle or driver. Drivers swipe the card at any self-serve bay reader and the wash is logged to your account automatically — no cash or per-visit payment needed.

Q: How does it work at in-bay automatic (IBA) bays?

A: Your business is assigned a single fleet code. Any driver enters that code at the IBA payment terminal instead of paying by card or cash, and the wash bills to your account.

Q: Do all my drivers use the same code at IBA bays, or does each vehicle get its own?

A: The IBA code is tied to your business, so any authorized driver can use it at IBA bays. At self-serve bays, we can issue cards per vehicle or per driver — whichever your business prefers.

Q: Will my vehicles fit in your wash bays?

A: Our self-serve bays accommodate vehicles up to 11 feet tall, which covers virtually any van, truck, roof rack, or rooftop equipment. Our in-bay automatics accommodate vehicles up to 7′2″ tall and 96″ wide — plenty for pickups, sedans, SUVs, and low-roof vans, but medium- and high-roof cargo vans and vehicles with ladder racks typically exceed that clearance and should use self-serve instead.

Q: How am I billed?

A: Monthly, on a single invoice covering both self-serve and IBA activity, itemized by date and bay type. Pay by ACH, check, or credit card. Net 30 payment terms are available if preferred.

Q: Is there a minimum number of washes or a long-term contract?

A: No. There’s no monthly minimum and no long-term contract — you can enroll, adjust your vehicle count, or cancel at any time.

Q: How many vehicles can I enroll?

A: As many as you need. You can add or remove vehicles from your account at any time by contacting EAW.

Q: What if I lose a fleet card, or my IBA code is compromised?

A: Contact EAW right away. We’ll deactivate the lost card or rotate your code and issue a replacement, typically the same day.

Q: Do I get a discount for fleet volume?

A: Yes. Fleet pricing is tiered by monthly wash volume — the more your fleet washes, the lower your per-wash rate. Ask your EAW account representative for current fleet pricing.

Q: How do I sign up?

A: Contact your EAW account representative, let us know how many vehicles you’re enrolling and which bay types you’ll use, and sign a simple monthly billing agreement. We’ll issue your fleet cards and/or business code once it’s in place. The agreement simply covers payment of your monthly invoice. Either side can end it at any time.

Q: Who do I contact with billing questions?

A: Your EAW account representative or our billing billing contact — enthusiastautowash@gmail.com — can help with invoice questions or account changes.
